Cancellation Policy
At White Haute, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows or appointment changes made within 1 hour of your scheduled service will be charged 100% of the service total.
